GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Performs accounting/treasury work in support of Tyonek Native Corporation's Finance Department.
DUTIES
- The position requires direct interaction with senior management, finance and administration staff
- Reports on daily cash position to executive management
- Assists with the cash-flow and Line of Credit balance projections
- Maintain bank accounts management within the various treasury platforms
- Administer Corporate credit card users
- Assist Accounts Receivable with billings forecast
- Support daily cash accounting and bank-to-book reconciliations and assist in month-end close
- Maintain banking systems users, bank accounts signature cards, records of legal documentation and services agreements
- Prepare wire transfers, ACH's, prepare miscellaneous deposits, issue stop payments, perform research on Accounts Payable checks as needed, and instruct and direct incoming fund transfers
- Maintain checks deposit log and related journal entries
- Support bank account opening/closure and service implementation
- Support remote located business units with banking services
- Support year-end audit and assist business units with banking and treasury related accounting inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENTS
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 5 years' direct experience

Experience in corporate banking is desired
- A detail-oriented and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Accounting
- Strong cash management knowledge and expertise in developing and maintaining treasury policies and procedures
- Experience with Deltek Cost Point
- Strong understanding of treasury/banking
